Tenure

The company is a member of the British Holiday & Home Parks Association (BH&HPA). License agreements are offered to purchasers in terms of the BH&HPA Code of Practice; agreed between the National Caravan Council and Office of Fair Trading. Customers are guaranteed a minimum of 12 years per caravan holiday home and a minimum of 15 years for Lodges(from new). Copies of the agreement are available on request.

Insurance

We operate a bespoke insurance scheme under the auspices of the BH&HPA with Jardine Insurance Brokers. All new holiday homes on the Park are insured in a full reinstatement basis and vary according to their specification. A copy of the policy document is available on request.

Finance

We are licensed credit brokers and can offer several finance packages on request to meet your requirements (subject to status - ask for written details).
